This Preventing Workplace Vioelnce course is intended for employees of both public and private-sector organizations. It identifies (1) common clues that point toward potential violence in the workplace, and (2) how to forestall and/or deal with violent acts appropriately. The course can be customized to help fulfill the violence-prevention training requirements of state laws, such as New York's Public Employee Safety and Health (PESH) Act.
