- MOBO Law uses ProLaw to transform and connect all of their business
To significantly enhance efficiency across its business, U.S. law firm MOBO Law LLP is adopting ProLaw®, the law practice and business management technology solution from Thomson Reuters specifically designed for small to mid-sized law firms, that ties all aspects of the firm together.
MOBO Law is a full-service U.S. law firm with eight offices across Nevada and California. The firm prides itself on its collaborative approach to the practice of law, with a team of 28 lawyers and support staff that provide truly exceptional work to benefit clients. The firm’s key practice areas and areas of legal expertise include business, construction, estates and trusts, real estate, family, civil litigation, and intellectual property.
In choosing ProLaw, MOBO Law will be consolidating several legacy technology systems into a single, seamless, and fully integrated solution to meet all of its financial and business operational needs. The adoption of ProLaw as its central technology platform for the future will enable it to make significant gains in efficiency and productivity, as well as benefit from more robust integration and technological capabilities. More specifically, the firm will have immediate access—in a single location—to documents, case details, billing history, invoicing status, and a comprehensive contact database, as well as a range of other critical business, financial, and matter information and powerful analytics tools and reports.
As part of this significant upgrade to its technological foundations, MOBO Law is also adopting ProLaw Workspace, which enables lawyers and staff to stay on top of events, tasks, and deadlines through automatic synchronization with Microsoft® Outlook®, as well as easily enter their hours anytime and from anywhere. In addition, the deployment of ProLaw Paperless Proforma will allow the firm to replace the time-consuming paper-based proforma distribution and mark-up procedures for both fee earners and accounting staff.
