Discrimination, harassment, and diversity training solutions for your workforce

The first step in creating a safe and inclusive workplace is making all employees aware of the issues, what is — and what is not —acceptable. Knowing how to recognize and address issues surrounding sexual harassment, discrimination, and inclusion is more important than ever.

Our highly interactive approach to compliance training provides employees with an engaging educational experience, encouraging knowledge retention and ensuring learning objectives are met.

The following two focus areas have been developed to help organizations comply with new regulations for training, as well as ensure their employees are aware of appropriate behavior and conduct.

Preventing Discrimination and Harassment

Not only can harassment and discrimination in the workplace affect employee productivity, create a hostile work environment, and increase workplace bullying, it can divert resources from the organization's real business. Our suite of courses aims to assist your organization with training on a global and regional level, with state-specific courses for California, Canada, Maine, New York, and more.
