As Senior Manager, Investigations, Katie is responsible for leading the Government Risk & Fraud Special Investigations Unit (SIU), a team comprised of subject matter experts, fraud analysts, and data analysts, in strategic fraud and identity risk analytics initiatives across federal and state public benefit programs such as Unemployment Insurance, Medicaid, and SNAP. She collaborates closely with government customers and internal teams to translate complex data into actionable intelligence, ensuring solutions are helping agencies strengthen program integrity and reduce improper payments. A Certified Fraud Examiner and proud two-time graduate of Florida State University, Katie holds a Criminology degree and a Juris Master in Health Care Regulation—and never misses a chance to cheer on the Seminoles during football season. Her background equips her with the investigative rigor and regulatory insight needed to lead complex fraud prevention initiatives with confidence and clarity. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing on the beach, traveling, painting, and cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events.
