Shishir is an AI product executive with over 20 years of experience building and scaling agentic search products across enterprise platforms and startups.
He currently serves as VP of Product for Search and Customer Context at CoCounsel Legal. Previously, he led the AI product portfolio as an Executive Director at HR tech unicorn Phenom, served as Venture Lead for a mobile security and identity startup within Cognizant, and headed product for the search engine at AWS Marketplace. Across these roles, he has driven the development and scaling of AI platforms spanning conversational copilots, enterprise search, document intelligence, and real-time decisioning.
At Thomson Reuters, his work focuses on how agents connect to, retrieve, and reason over a customer’s documents and knowledge, so the agent stays grounded in the customer’s own context, and on preparing that data for downstream legal research agents to understand and act on.
He is based in New York.
