An audit trail records each search, the sources consulted, and the sequence of actions. You can save your results along with this complete audit trail for your records.
Here at Thomson Reuters, we rigorously test responses for bias and alignment with our ethical guidelines. To limit the model’s ability to produce potentially objectionable content, we developed and implemented prompting guardrails to ensure that responses are relevant to the user’s questions.
No, any third-party AI partners of Thomson Reuters are contractually prohibited from using any customer data to train their models. Additionally, where applicable, we have established systemic controls to turn off third parties' monitoring solutions to ensure there is no human access to our customers' data or inclusion of that data in third-party models.
