William M. Janssen
William M. Janssen is professor of law at the Charleston School of Law, following nearly 17 years of practice at Saul Ewing LLP. Professor Janssen is co-author of the Federal Civil Rules Handbook, a leading work for lawyers in federal court, and A Student’s Guide to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, used by US law students across the country. He is also co-author of Mastering Multiple Choice—Federal Civil Procedure, a study aid for the bar examination and for law students; the sole author of Federal Civil Procedure Logic Maps, a graphical guide to federal civil practice; and an annually contributing author of Attorney-Client Privilege in the United States. Professor Janssen teaches civil procedure, products liability, and constitutional law.
