Sanjit Misra
Technical Product Director, Agentic AI — CoCounsel / Thomson Reuters

Sanjit Misra builds agentic AI systems.
At Thomson Reuters, he leads memory and agentic retrieval on CoCounsel, the company’s AI-native legal assistant built on Anthropic’s Agent SDK, where he prototypes and ships the systems that let AI agents retain and reason over customer context and Thomson Reuters content to support legal workflows.
Before Thomson Reuters, he built enterprise AI at Amazon Web Services — agentic retrieval for Amazon Quick, and vector search and semantic caching for AWS Databases — launching these engines from 0→1. Across 15+ years he has designed and shipped AI and data platforms at Zus Health, OneOncology, Stanford Health Care, Epic, and McKesson, staying close to the code as the products scaled.
He writes and speaks on AI/ML, agentic architectures, and memory for AI systems. Sanjit holds an MBA from Duke and dual degrees in chemistry and mathematics from UNC–Chapel Hill.
