After a deal team selects a questionnaire and points the workflow at a data room, the system scans the VDR, classifies documents, and answers questions by pulling the requested information. Instead of reading 100 contracts to find change-of-control provisions, the system does the work and presents results in a structured format. Lawyers click through to verify.
This is multi-layered due diligence analysis. Practice area-specific templates pull in best practice from Practical Law, and customers can also add their own risk analysis criteria to tailor the review to their standards.
