While many non-custodial parents (NCPs) maintain an active role in their children’s lives, the sad truth is that plenty do not. Finding these parents is critically important to the health and welfare of children and families, but frequently proves to be challenging. Investigative dead ends are frequent and many child support agencies maintain long lists of “hard-to-locate” NCPs.
