Bill of Sale (Quitclaim)

A jurisdiction-neutral Standard Document that parties can use to evidence the transfer of title to goods in a business-to-business sale transaction. Parties may use this quitclaim bill of sale as an ancillary document to a primary sale of goods agreement or as a standalone document. As a quitclaim instrument, it disclaims any seller representation or warranty about the goods, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. It also offers optional clauses for further assurances and the incorporation of a primary sale of goods agreement by reference.
