This Standard Clause outlines the indemnification obligations of the indemnitor to the fullest extent permitted by law. The indemnitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless all specified indemnified parties, including their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses. This includes costs related to litigation, arbitration, mediation, and legal fees arising from the performance or condition of the indemnitor's work under the contract. The indemnitor’s obligations persist beyond the contract’s termination and extend to claims occurring post-completion.
