Donation of Goods Agreement (Pro-Donor)
A Standard Document for the in-kind donation of goods made by a company to a charitable or other organization, drafted in favor of the donor. This Standard Document includes an optional section for donations to a non-profit organization operated under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It also includes other commonly used provisions in donation agreements, such as restrictions on the recipient's use and resale of the donated goods. This Standard Document has integrated notes with important explanations and drafting and negotiating tips.
