Due Diligence Access Agreement
This Standard Document is a form of access agreement permitting a purchaser to enter a seller's property to conduct due diligence in connection with the purchaser's proposed acquisition of the property. This Standard Document sets out the purchaser's and seller's rights and liabilities before a purchase and sale agreement has been executed. This Standard Document has integrated notes with important explanations and drafting and negotiating tips. While real estate access agreements are generally governed by state law, this jurisdictionally neutral template is useful and relevant in every state.
