A Standard Document for a final waiver and release of liens and claims for use by a general or prime contractor, construction manager, subcontractor, or supplier on a construction project. This jurisdictionally neutral Standard Document is used to acknowledge receipt of final payment on a project and to release all claims, including all mechanic's or construction lien rights, in connection with work performed on the project.
