A Standard Clause providing covenants for a business-to-business (B2B) commercial services agreement where the use of artificial intelligence tools is prohibited or is only incidental to the services provided. Under this Standard Clause, the service provider covenants to the customer that either the services will not use or require AI technology or will use or require identified AI technology only subject to specific covenants. This Standard Clause has integrated notes with important explanations and drafting and negotiating tips.
