General Contract Clauses: AI Representations and Warranties for Non-AI Services
A Standard Clause providing representations and warranties for a business-to-business (B2B) commercial services agreement where the use of artificial intelligence tools is prohibited or is only incidental to the services provided. Under this Standard Clause, the service provider represents and warrants to the customer that either the services do not use or require AI technology or only use or require identified AI technology subject to specific representations and warranties.
