A short-form Standard Clause setting out confidentiality obligations in a commercial contract. This Standard Clause includes a short definition of confidential information with standard exceptions, common confidentiality obligations of the recipient, and provisions addressing disclosures required by law. This resource also includes optional language addressing the return or destruction of confidential information, as well as the discloser's right to seek equitable relief.
