License Agreement for Leased Office Space
An agreement between a tenant and either an individual or a company to license the use of a part of the tenant's leased premises for a fee. This Standard Document provides a license agreement to share office space for a short term by paying a monthly fee. Though this license agreement is for office space, it can be modified and used for other types of leased properties. While license agreements are generally governed by state law, this jurisdictionally neutral template is useful and relevant in every state. This Standard Document also has integrated notes with important explanations and drafting and negotiating tips for both parties.
