Licensor's Termination Notice
A Standard Document providing a licensor with a template notice to terminate a real estate license agreement. This jurisdictionally neutral Standard Document is a formal letter that a licensor can use to officially revoke a license granted to a licensee for the use of real property. It formally notifies the licensee of the license revocation effective on a specific date, instructs the licensee to vacate and remove its property from the licensed area, and outlines the licensee's obligation to restore the premises to a specified condition. This document also clarifies that the licensee's payment obligations continue through the effective date of termination. This Standard Document is designed to be used in accordance with the underlying license agreement and emphasizes the importance of complying with any specific termination, delivery, and notice provisions contained within that governing agreement to ensure the notice is effective.
