LLC Agreement (Joinder Agreement)
A joinder agreement to be executed by a new member of a limited liability company (LLC) to become a party to the company's existing LLC agreement. The joinder agreement may be attached as an exhibit to the original LLC agreement, so that the LLC members do not have to amend the agreement when a new member is admitted. By executing this Standard Document, the new member acknowledges receipt of the LLC agreement and agrees to be fully bound by its covenants, terms, and conditions as an original party. This document formalizes the admission of the new member and includes optional language to designate their specific membership class or group, if applicable.
