Partial Lien Waiver and Release (Construction)
A Standard Document that is a partial or interim waiver and release of liens for use by a general or prime contractor, construction manager at risk, subcontractor, or supplier on a construction project. This Standard Document is used to acknowledge receipt of payment during an ongoing construction project and to release all mechanic's or other construction lien rights through a specific date, payment application, or payment requisition. While construction waivers and releases are generally governed by state law, this jurisdictionally neutral template is useful and relevant in every state.
