Separation and Release of Claims Agreement Clause (FL)
A Standard Clause that provides model Florida-compliant to be incorporated into a separation agreement (also commonly referred to as a severance agreement) between an employer and a departing employee. This clause is drafted in favor of the employer and specifies terms of the employee's separation from employment, including a release of legal claims against the employer in exchange for a benefit. It is based on Florida law and is intended for use with employees or businesses located in Florida.
