  • No, there will only be an in-person conference in 2026.

  • Thomson Reuters product users across all sectors — corporate, including legal, tax, risk, trust, and trade; law firms; and tax, audit, and accounting firms — would benefit from attending. SYNERGY extends beyond a traditional user conference, offering comprehensive product training and valuable insights from leading industry experts. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn CPE or CLE credits while engaging in knowledge-sharing sessions with peers and thought leaders.

  • Credit card payment is the only method of payment available and is required to complete and confirm your registration.

  • No, all lodging and travel fees are separate from the price of the conference and are the responsibility of the attendee.

  • Yes, we will be securing a discounted group rate at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas for conference participants. Information on how to book your accommodation will be made available to all attendees six months in advance of the conference.

  • Thomson Reuters will follow the guidelines set out by the CDC, as well as the guidelines set by the local health authorities in the geographical location of the event. Conference attendees should review government guidance to confirm eligibility to travel and stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

  • The overall dress code for SYNERGY is business casual; however, we recommend casual attire for social events and receptions. We also recommend you bring additional attire if you plan to explore the area.

  • The official SYNERGY session catalog will be available in the summer of 2026.

  • Yes, specific information will be released in the second quarter of 2026.

  • Adult guests over the age of 21 are welcome to join us at the off-site event. Additional information to follow.

  • If you would like to cancel your existing registration and receive a full refund, you must submit a written cancellation request to SYNERGYsupport@thomsonreuters.com by August 31, 2026. No refunds will be honored after this deadline.

    If you registered for SYNERGY and are unable to attend, you can also substitute your registration for another person from your company. To accommodate the transfer, the original registered attendee must submit a written request — including their substitute's first name, last name, and email address — SYNERGYsupport@thomsonreuters.com.
