Frequently asked questions

  • SYNERGY for legal professionals will take place in person at the Signia by Hilton & Waldorf Astoria Bonnet Creek Hotel in Orlando, Florida from November 9-12, 2025.

    We invite attendees to join us for the opening reception on Sunday, November 9. Conference proceedings will begin the morning of November 10 and conclude late afternoon on November 11, followed by a social event. Guests can join us for a final breakfast on November 12 before their journey home.

  • Credit Card payment is the only method of payment available and is required to complete and confirm your registration.

  • No, all lodging and travel fees are separate from the price of the conference and are the responsibility of the attendee.

  • Adult guests (over 21) are welcome to join us. Additional information to follow.

  • Thomson Reuters will follow the guidelines set out by the CDC, as well as the guidelines set by the local health authorities in the geographical location of the event. Conference attendees should review government guidance to confirm eligibility to travel and stay at the Signia by Hilton & Waldorf Astoria Bonnet Creek Hotel.

  • The overall dress code for SYNERGY is business casual, however, we recommend casual attire for social events and receptions. We also recommend you bring additional attire if you plan to explore the Orlando area.

  • The official SYNERGY session catalog will be available in summer 2025.

  • If you would like to cancel your existing registration for a full refund, a written cancellation request must be submitted to SYNERGYsupport@thomsonreuters.com by September 30, 2025. No refunds will be honored after this deadline.

    If you registered for SYNERGY and are unable to attend, it is also an option to substitute your registration to another person from your company. To accommodate the transfer, the original registered attendee must submit a written request, including their substitute's first name, last name and email address to SYNERGYsupport@thomsonreuters.com.
