When are invoices sent?
Details on invoices for online services, new sale purchases, and subscriptions
Online invoices (West information charges) are generated at the beginning of each month. Individual charges are visible on our self-service portal by the fourth day of each month and invoice PDFs are available for download by the seventh to eighth day of each month. Invoices are mailed shortly thereafter to customers who choose to receive paper copies.
Signing up for eBilling is the fastest way to obtain a PDF copy of your invoice.

New sale invoices
New sale invoices are generated within 24 hours of the order confirmation and available on eBilling and our self-service portal. Invoices are mailed shortly thereafter to customers who choose to receive paper copies.
Subscription invoices are generated based on your specific Invoice Date for your account and will be available on our self-service portal and eBilling within two days of the Invoice Date. For most customers, this will happen within the first five days of the month. Invoices are mailed shortly thereafter to customers who choose to receive paper copies.
