When are your invoices sent?

Online invoices

Online invoices (West information charges) are generated at the beginning of each month and are available for viewing in My Account and eBilling within the first five days of the month. Invoices are mailed shortly thereafter to customers who choose to receive paper copies.

New sale invoices

New sale invoices are generated within 24 hours of the order confirmation and available on My Account and eBilling. Invoices are mailed shortly thereafter to customers who choose to receive paper copies.

Subscription invoices

Subscription invoices are generated based on your specific Invoice Date for your account and will be available on My Account and eBilling within two days of the Invoice Date. For most customers, this will happen within the first five days of the month. Invoices are mailed shortly thereafter to customers who choose to receive paper copies.
