- Follow the prompts from the chatbot, selecting the menu options that best fit your inquiry
Use Thomson Reuters My Account
- Sign into My Account.
- Click Edit Address from Account Header.
- Select the appropriate account and click Next.
- Enter the requested changes and click Submit.
- The address change will be forwarded to Customer Service to review and process (the updates will not be reflected immediately on the site).
