How do I update who has access to the self-service portal (My Account)?
Learn how to add or remove users
Our self-service portal gives users access to view and pay invoices, manage authorized users for Thomson Reuters products, review a history of payment and credits, manage returns, and more.
Self register for our self-service portal (My Account)
Navigate to the self-service portal
Click Go next to “Register for My Account”
Enter your Account Number, Invoice Number or Order Number, and your business email address
Click Next
You will continue to be guided through the self-registration process
Existing My Account administrators can manage My Account users online
To add another My Account user:
- Log in to My Account.
- From your account’s homepage, click the People menu and choose My Account Administrators. (If you manage multiple accounts, click Manage My Account Admins located under the User Management section on the dashboard.)
- Click Add Users.
- Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the My Account user.
- If the new My Account user should have the authority to add other My Account users, select Manage My Account Users.
- Select the account(s) the My Account user may access, then click Submit.
To delete a My Account user:
- Log in to My Account.
- From your account’s homepage, click the People menu and choose My Account Administrators. (If you manage multiple accounts, click Manage My Account Admins located under the User Management section on the dashboard.)
- Click on the My Account user name and click Delete User Profile.
- Click Ok through permanently delete user popup.
Authorized Individuals can request access to the self-service portal
If you are not a self-service portal administrator, or the current self-service portal administrator has left the organization, please sign and complete the registration form below and submit a request for access.

Submit a request for self-service portal access. Attach your signed and completed self-service portal registration form on page two of the request. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days.
