Add or edit users for eBilling

Follow these steps to change an address in My Account.
  1. Sign in to the self-service portal, My Account.
  2. From your account’s home page, select
    People
    menu then
    eBilling Users
    .
    If you manage multiple accounts, select
    Manage eBilling Users
    under the
    User Management
    section of the Dashboard.
  3. Select
    Add New eBilling Contact
    .
    Select
    Edit Contact
    if you're updating user information
  4. Enter the Email Address, First Name, and Last Name of your eBilling contact.
  5. Choose the accounts you want to designate for eBilling access, then select
    Submit
    .
Customer Service can Add an eBilling contact via the following:
  1. Go to
    CIC
    , then select the
    Cust
    tab.
  2. Select
    Display Customer Master
    .
  3. Select
    Enter
    on the
    Customer Display: Initial Screen
    window.
  4. Select Display -> Change button.
  5. Select the
    Contact Person
    tab.
  6. Enter the following:
    • Name
      - last name of the person.
    • First name
    • Function
      = 30
  7. Double-click the name of the person you're adding.
  8. Enter the
    E-Mail
    and
    Telephone
    of the person you're adding.
  9. Select
    Back
    .
  10. Select
    Additional Sales Area Data
    .
  11. If the
    eBilling Signup
    field is blank, enter
    EML
    .
  12. Select
    Save
    .
note
An account can have multiple eBilling contacts set up.
Steps for Customer Service to Remove an Account from eBilling:
  1. Go to
    CIC
    , then select the
    Cust
    tab.
  2. Select
    Display Customer Master
    .
  3. Select
    Enter
    on the
    Customer Display: Initial Screen
    window.
  4. Select Display -> Change button.
  5. Select
    Additional Sales Area Data
    .
  6. In the
    eBilling Signup
    field enter
    PRN
    .
  7. Select
    Save
    .
note
When removing an account from eBilling, the eBilling Contact shouldn't be deleted.
Steps for Customer Service to Remove an eBilling Contact:

Only follow these steps if the eBilling contact is no longer with the account.  If they're the only eBilling contact, they should be replaced by someone else.  Follow the steps to add the new contact and then the steps below to remove.
  1. Go to
    CIC
    , then select the
    Cust
    tab.
  2. Select
    Display Customer Master
    .
  3. Select
    Enter
    on the
    Customer Display: Initial Screen
    window.
  4. Select Display -> Change button.
  5. Select the
    Contact Person
    tab.
  6. Select the name of the person you're removing.
  7. Select
    Delete Row
    .
  8. Select
    Save
    .
