Why am I receiving a renewal notification?
Email notification for subscriptions with an upcoming auto-renewal
Beginning October 2021, we will be providing you with a renewal notification letter at least 90 days in advance of any subscription auto-renewing. The renewal notification letter is not an invoice. The purpose is to let you know details about the upcoming auto-renewal including the price.
The emailed renewal notification will contain a link to a PDF which contains a list of all the products you subscribe to and their associated costs.
