Help is always available for Legal Tracker users in corporate legal departments and law firms.

Access our online help site for 24/7 self-guided support via the Help link at the top right of every page in Legal Tracker. Within the Help site you can watch tutorial videos, read guides, and sign up for live weekly training sessions.

Live support is available to corporate legal department clients 24 hours a day / 5 days a week, from 6pm Sunday to 8pm Friday, United States Central Time, excluding major holidays.

Legal Optimization Clinics

Legal Optimization Clinic – Basic
This clinic is designed for new Tracker Coordinators and System Administrators. Each clinic is run by Tracker Professional Services Consultants who offer guidance and best practices from their extensive Tracker experience, including Client Success, Support and Implementation. Clients are guided through Tracker functionality in their own databases, and engaged attendees will have a better understanding of how to derive the most from their system, realize savings, automate workflows and utilize enhanced reporting capabilities. All dates and locations are listed below, and the cost of the clinic is $2,800. 

Legal Optimization Clinic – Advanced
This clinic is designed for Tracker Coordinators and System Administrators who are already familiar with Tracker. Each clinic is run by Tracker Professional Services Consultants who share best practices and their real life examples from helping hundreds of clients optimize their systems. Clients will be guided through some of Tracker's most powerful and advanced features, and engaged attendees will come away from the clinic with actionable recommendations to ensure an optimized and high functioning system. The agenda is listed below, as are the locations, and the cost of the clinic is $3,000.
