Thomson Reuters has made the decision to discontinue our ProDoc Document Assembly Product effective August 1, 2023. After this date, you won't be able to create new work using ProDoc.
- Current ProDoc customers should move to Form Builder. We're encouraging existing customers to migrate to Westlaw Form Builder which offers superior functionality, content, and increased security. With our automated migration tool, moving your data out of ProDoc and into Form Builder is a simple process. To learn more about purchasing Form Builder, contact your Thomson Reuters Sales Representative or call 1-888-728-7677.
- Former ProDoc customers that have a current Form Builder subscription. If you previously used ProDoc and already have a subscription to Form Builder, you can still initiate and complete the data migration from Form Builder as long as ProDoc is still installed on your computer. This feature will be available for a limited time.
Note: Small Office Suite (SOS) isn't impacted by this change. For customers wishing to continue using Small Office Suite, keep ProDoc installed on your computer. Please be aware that customer and technical support aren't currently avaialble for SOS.
