Thomson Reuters Client Terms of Business

The Thomson Reuters Risk standard customer agreement incorporates the terms and conditions set out in:

• the applicable version of the Master Terms, as identified in the Order Form or Statement of Work;
• the relevant Schedules applicable to the Order Form or Statement of Work, as identified in the Order Form or Statement of Work; and
• the Order Form or Statement of Work.

By signing the Order Form or Statement of Work, you, the Client, acknowledge that you have read and accepted the relevant terms and conditions that are incorporated by reference into the agreement between you and the applicable Affiliate in the Thomson Reuters group.

We recommend that you print and retain a copy of the relevant terms and conditions applicable to your agreement with us.

We may update the Master Terms and/or the Schedules from time to time. If you have already entered into an agreement with Thomson Reuters, we shall provide you with at least 30 days’ notice of the proposed changes.
