    If you are a current customer using version 1.x of West LiveNote or West Case Notebook and want to upgrade to the current version of Case Notebook, click here to request your license code from Customer Support. You will receive an email with the new license code. Additionally, an installation specialist will contact you to assist you with the upgrade.

    If you are a new customer, you will receive an email with your Case Notebook license code as part of the new order process.

  1. Download the installation instructions and view system requirements here: Case Notebook Application Suite Installation Guide.
  2. The 64-bit download option provides a free version of Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Express.
  3. Select Proceed with download.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the download and installation.
